* Precautions for compensation
- a reward cycle: Rewards are calculated on a weekly basis (7 days), and claims are available seven days after the last time of claim or the start of staking.
- a reward cycle: Please check and proceed with the correct compensation amount before claiming.
example: Suppose user A staked 1000 tokens for 7 days.
- Claimable Rewards: 1000 * 0.7% = 7
* Termination Precautions
- waiting period: A waiting period of 7 business days is required from the time of the cancellation request.
- Additional compensation restrictions: Additional compensation incurred during the waiting period after the termination request is not accepted.
example: Assume that User B has staked 1000 tokens, and requested to cancel after 30 days of operation.
- an amount that can be terminated: 1000 EXTO
- compensable amount: (30 / 7) * 0.7% = 28 EXTO
FAQ
Q: waiting period: A waiting period of 7 business days is required from the time of the cancellation request.
A: It is possible, however, you can only claim the compensation incurred up to the time of termination, and no additional compensation will be incurred during the waiting period after the termination request.
Q: Can I cancel my cancellation request?
A: Cancellation of cancellation request is not supported. Please make a careful decision before requesting.
Q: Does the operating fee apply?
A: Operating fees may apply to claims for compensation; detailed fee rates are subject to the white paper.
